Support my friend for a good cause. He definitely needs all the help he can get. Just read what he's posted on his details page:
"From 5th to 7th September I will be taking part in Wild UK to raise money for the Prince’s Trust. The three-day event will see me covering 100 miles by running, hiking, biking, kayaking and sweating an awful lot. It will be a huge challenge, not least because I have never been anywhere near a kayak and don’t currently own a bike."
